  I have visited this Subway on many occasions and know many people that have. I am aware of many of these people filing complaints on a few of the individuals that for some reason are still employed there. These employees are regularly rude, snotty, talk back to customers, and obviously don't seem to care since it has happened on multiple occasions. I know in my world of work, you get this many complaints about your service, changes would be made, whether additional training take place, reduction of hours, and eventually termination of employment. I can't say for certain what was done behind the scenes to address this, but the fact that these couple employees are still working here tells me that it's not enough. There are many employees there that I have never encountered or heard any complaints from, but quite frankly don't understand how management would retain employees that conduct themselves in this manner. By letting these employees remain on, you are basically condoning this behavior, so if that is how you want your business to be known, then more power to you. Good luck continuing to lose customers, if you even care.

  I signed up for one of those mobile deals sent to my smartphone. I received a coupon deal for a FREE 6" SUB with the purchase of a drink. WOW! It was awesome not too mention tasty and delicious! I have not eaten at Subway well over a year, so the free sandwich was good start for me. It was easy to order and redeeming the offer was as easy as showing the cashier your phone. I got a chicken breast sandwich (that was the sandwich of the day) raspberry iced tea and macadamia cookies. All of those for under $4. I definitely will be eating at Subway more often.

  I go a few times a month and every time I get good service, no problems here. Good sandwiches!! :-)
